The first Moscow office under the UNICONSUL brand was opened in 2000. Initially, the Company specialized in corporate law and support of clients in arbitration courts. In the course of their activity, the list of services was substantially enlarged.
In 2011, the company underwent rebranding. Today, the brand belongs to the individual entrepreneur Andrey Shvetsov and all economic activities are carried out through the individual entrepreneur.

Andrey Shvetsov
Managing Partner and co-founder.
Andrey heads corporate law and M&A practice, advises on competition/antitrust issues and dispute resolution. He has experience in developing tax planning systems.
Andrey is listed in «Rossiyskaya Gazeta» (Russian newspaper) ranking. He graduated from law Institute, Moscow State University of Railway Engineering in 2008.
He practices for more than 15 years in the field of legal consulting.
Anton Shvetsov
Partner.
Anton specializes in business planning, tax planning, accounting and audit. For more than 15 years Anton provides financial analysis of business projects and developing tax planning.
Anton graduated from State University of Management in 2002.
In 2011, the company underwent rebranding and became as it is at present.
He is a full member of Institute of professional accountants of Russia (IPAR).
